1. Perishable Goods Safety

At Hurudza, we maintain a strict cold chain to ensure the highest quality of meat. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our premises or has been accepted at delivery.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure secure and efficient transactions, we currently only accept:

  • Cash (USD): Accepted for in-store pickup and doorstep delivery.
  • EcoCash: Payment must be made and confirmed via our merchant code prior to the release of goods.

3. Quality Concerns

If your product is damaged or does not meet our quality standards upon arrival, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of receipt. We require photographic evidence to facilitate a replacement or credit.

4. Cooking & Preparation Liability

Hurudza Butchery provides premium raw meat products. We are not liable for the outcome of the final prepared dish. Factors such as cooking temperature, equipment calibration, and individual technique are beyond our control. We are not responsible for meat that is overcooked, undercooked, or otherwise prepared incorrectly.
